The only problem is that national cycles puts the weight limit of it at 5 POUNDS WTF!!! I found that out after having it for a while, but only because I was curious. Now I am able to take longer road trips and bungee bags on there. Still have yet to buy a decent bag, still researching. Haven't taking any riders with this yet, so cannot report on comfort. I can say this looks solid and sharp, not cheap like some racks, and the key lock quick removal makes all the difference. I know people who haul their empty rack around because its fixed, not removable like this one.
