Installation was fairly simple - installed in the parking lot of a motel in Texas in a little more than two hours. The switch harness is poor quality, and I think National Cycle knows this. In fact, their instructions say that if you think you have a bad switch harness to contact them. I've been working with them to get the electrical bugs worked out. So far the only way to open the diverter valves is to disconnect the drive from the motor and run the jack screw with a wrench. With the diverter valves closed, the sound is almost stock. Had to adjust the idle RPM up slightly to keep the bike from stalling at idle. I'm happy with the sound, but the electrical portion of this could have been better designed.
