Material:
Thick FMR coated Lexan® polycarbonate gives this VStream excellent optical clarity and strength. It has 10X more abrasion resistance than acrylic materials, and 23X better crack and impact resistance. This is a tough, long lasting windshield material that you'll appreciate for many years. Hardware:

Brilliant product! To purchase an original screen(Which looks no where near as good)would have cost me four times what I paid at CC. It looks great and works pretty much as advertised. The small downsides are: it vibrates a bit at higher speeds which doesnt look great but no drag/vibrating on the bars. I'm quite tall so although it redirects the airflow as claimed it creates a bit of extra wind noise around my ears, if I were an inch shorter I doubt I would hear it, the brackets are solid enough but are painted, I scratched one when I was tightening it and it bugged me until I repainted it, I think if I hadn't it would be rusty by now. All told this screen is as good as you will get for an M90.

The windshield was easy to put on, and i really like the look of it. I do have one problem with it tho. I stand at 6 foot tall, and it doesnt move the wind around my face. I wish they had one just a bit taller than this one.

Statistical criteria: I am 5'7” tall, 172 lbs., my M90 is stock, I have over 40 years riding experience. I currently wear a full face helmet with the shield normally up and wrap around style glasses to help protect my contacts. I will put the shield down on cold days, rainy and windy conditions and at higher speeds. Today I was able to do about 120 miles, speeds varied from city streets, 25/40, country roads, 45/55, to above freeway speeds, *% mph, to be exact. I didn't want to push it too far in the 55 zones. National Cycle got it right, not only does the V-Stream have a stylish appeal that does not take away from the streamlined looks of the motor but its functionality speaks volumes. Torso turbulence was completely eliminated which translates to a much more relaxed posture and grip. What turbulence was felt on the helmet was significantly decreased and the deflection...

Took advantage of a free shipping promotion and did not expect that delivery time. Couldn't be more pleased, will definitely order again from CC. National Cycle: Product installation, from opening box to final adjustments, 45 minutes. Then I read the directions to make sure I did it right. Good pictures for those of us that are stubborn about reading the directions. Who needs sticking directions when the engineers design such a plain and simple system for installation.
