Very pleased with this cover. Good material and well made. Great quality at a good price. I got the XL. It fits a VTX 1300C PERFECT...when the windshield and saddlebags are off. It is overly snug and doesn't go down as low as I would like when the w/s and bags are on. You really need the 2XL if you keep w/s and bags on your bike. I cannot attest to the water-proofness though, as I have only used it at home in the garage.
