However,I would pay double in shipping if plastic liner came installed...real pain to get it in,under the bottom inner strap.once you do finally get it installed it does keep shape and doesn't sag on rack, but that is only problem,and I would recommend to anyone to buy it.( my install rating takes the liner into account.) However, it's unlined so small items like keys can get under the plastic stiffner. Once installed, the plastic stiffner pops out of it's flaps when you try to make it rounded and the lid stays flat instead of rounded like the pictures.
