Bag is well made on the outside. However, it's unlined so small items like keys can get under the plastic stiffner. Once installed, the plastic stiffner pops out of it's flaps when you try to make it rounded and the lid stays flat instead of rounded like the pictures. I found it to be a cheezy set up and returned it.
