1. We have a new look!

In this newsletter we are proud to unveil our new logo, new slogan and a new look for your website. We are really excited about this and hope that all of you agree that it is a big improvement. For those of you that are displaying one of our banners in your sig pics or on your web-site you will automatically start showing one of our new animated banners that feature our new logo. You do not need to update your HTML code. Just go to this link to see our cool new banners.

It was a tough race deciding on our slogan, at first it was very close between "'cause stock is for pussies" and "Because your ride should be as individual as you are". But we realized we would risk upsetting some of our members if we used the word "pussies" so we reran the poll with just that one word changed to "Pansies" and 3 out of 4 of you guys chose "Because your ride should be as individual as you are", so that will be our new official slogan.

One other thing you may notice is that there are only 5 bikes shown at the top of the screen, this is to save "screen real estate" and shows the 5 most popular rides of our members. If you have a different bike just click on the link above the bikes that says "browse All Models" and all 14 bike models will be shown. You can also select "Browse By: Bike Model" in the global navigation table (on the left of your screen) to see all bike models.

2. Member Spotlight

Trent "Doktoreker" is CruiserCustomizings
Featured Member.

In this issue of the newsletter we are spotlighting a very special member. Trent "Doktoreker" Reker is the very talented individual that designed our new logo and revamped the looks of our site.

Trent rides a black VTX 1800 he has named "Dragula" and his custom license plate reads "DRA9ULA".

Trent owns a web design company called Ideografix and he lives in the SF Bay Area and is a personal friend of Dennis & Uwe's.

4. Site Updates:

We have decided to give anyone that donates at least $20 to support our site a free t-shirt. For those members that have already donated at least $20, your shirts will be sent to you shortly. Just send us your choice of shirt, size, and an address to send it to.

We have also added a new feature that allows you to search our member database. You can search by their member name or by their nickname. Also, when viewing the "Members List" page you can now sort by a number of different parameters such as "Top 10 Reviewers", "Site Supporters", "Members with Photos", "Featured Members" and "New Members". You can also sort by the model of bike that our members ride.

The site is still increasing in popularity. Since we last sent out the newsletter we have gone from 750 members to more than 900 members, we have gone from 1617 reviews to more than 1957 reviews, and we have added a bunch of new products.

Still more than 2/3 of our members haven't bothered to enter a single accessory review yet (you know who you are) so if you are one of these people, please enter some reviews and help us out, OK?

You could also help us out by patronizing our affiliates and purchasing products and services from them.
