Cycle Craft Engineering was one of the very first companies to partner with Cruiser Customizing when we started in the cruiser accessory business. To this day they continue to
be one of the best manufacturers we have the pleasure of working with on a day to day basis. If you read their story below you will see how similar their story is to Cruiser Customizing's own story.
We are both small upstart companies basically run by 2 guys that, in mid-2001 decided to say "screw the corporate rat race" and decided to take a chance on starting our own dream business and work
for ourselves for a change. We are both successful so far! :o)

Cyclecraft Engineering was founded in May, 2001 by two corporate middle managers disenchanted with corporate politics and policies that place profits above the well being of employees.
Scott Biccum, Operations Manager with over 19 years experience in plastic packaging, and Richard Webb with 33 years in manufacturing engineering experience in plastics decided to turn a hobby into an everyday business. The first Cyclecraft products were duplicates of components Scott and Richard had already made and installed on their own bikes.
Operating your own business brings new challenges, but getting away from the daily stress of big corporation politics is truly satisfying. We decide what products we want to design and manufacture, and we don't need a committee at three levels to make decisions. It's like a breath of fresh air.
Scott and Richard have had many different motorcycles over the years, and both share a desire to enhance performance. Richard still has an early Honda 750 that he modified with RC Engineering and Action Fours components to 1000 cc and capable of mid 10 second quarter mile times. It was an E-ticket ride in 1976, but is slow by today's standards. Scott built a screaming OSSA that saw several years and many miles of trail riding in Nevada. Scott is now content to ride his VTX Retro or Road Star on the street, although he keeps asking Richard what he thinks about a supercharger for the VTX…...
