Only one more day until Christmas and we can finally breathe again. You have kept us very busy with your Holiday shopping! We worked day and night shipping
out thousands of boxes for Christmas. We hope all of you have some goodies under the tree that will feed your chrome addiction.
2003 has been a very successful year for Cruiser Customizing. First we moved to our new headquarters in Fremont, California at the beginning of the year and then hired
our first employees. By the end of June we switched to our new order processing system to handle the huge increase in orders and then expanded our
warehouse space by another 50%. By Fall we hired our 6th fulltime employee with Kenny still recovering from his motorcycle accident.
It is remarkable that everybody here at Cruiser Customizing rides bikes.
With the VTX models from 1300 C and Retro to 1800 C and Retro, the Roadstar, VT1100C, Aero, 1500LC, 800 Marauder, BMW R1100 and Goldwing 1800 - we got it all covered!
This is our 50th newsletter since the launch of Cruiser Customizing 2-1/2 years ago.
Membership is now over 44,000 and the number of product reviews is well beyond the 100,000 mark.
During the year we also did a major redesign of the web site to make it more "user friendly".
We asked you for ideas on a new slogan and "Shared Passion. Individual Style." won with a landslide.
We printed CruiserCustomizing T-shirts with the new logo and slogan and now even have
sweatshirts with the same designs plus flames printed on the arms, very cool!
We would like to take this time to thank all of you for your support, especially our
414(!) Site Supporters that
have helped us with their donations.
Thanks to everybody that cheered us up with their testimonials
and offered everyone advice and valuable feedback in the product reviews.
Thank you to all of our valued customers that have trusted us with fulfilling their accessory needs.
We are extremely excited about the prospect of serving you all in 2004!

Important Notice: Our whole crew has been working their tails off over the last month trying to keep up with all of you Christmas shoppers
and bargain hunters and we feel we all deserve a few days off over the holidays. We will therefore be closed between Wednesday, Dec 24th
through Friday, Dec 26th. We will be back in the office on Monday the 29th. Please feel free to place your orders online and check the status of your existing orders on line
until we get back from our short break.
