They charged my credit card and kept telling me that I would receive it soon. Each time a deadline passed I would contact them again asking where my helmet was. They never once tried to update me without my having to ask. Finally they stopped responding and I had to cancel my order two and a half months later. What a colossal waste of my time! I'd hate to have a customer support issue.

Finally got me a bona-fide shorty helmet for myself just to throw in the saddlebag. Bought an orange flame job that matches my Pearl Orange VTX Retro up at the 2005 Reno Street Vibrations. It fits well and looks great. Uh, for around town driving only.
