The aluminum billet construction looks fantastic and should provide improved oil cooling (over the stock filter & chrome cover) and be more robust (over normal oil filter) to road debris that comes off the front wheel. Besides... it looks awesome too with my Triumph chrome water pump and timing covers on the black engine! You'll need to purchase additional sealing rings (Z-064) for $5 (for pair) from PC Racing after your first oil change (you get one extra seal ring in box).
