had these for many years - three times the lighing of my headlamp. Highest intensity bulbs don't last much more than a year. Also take a lot of juice. But if you want to be noticed during the day and really see at night - these are hard to beat, especially in a small package.

Look great. Install took some time due to the fact that I had to manufacture my own brackets to mount them on my handlebars. If you're not familiar with electrical work, take a look at all the parts prior to clamping stuff together. Everything you need except for some electrical tape is there, you just got to know how to make it fit. I've only had them on for one day and still need to make some minor adjustments, but the added light increases my visibility at night at least 80%. Very impressed so far. Will update after my 1500 miler this weekend.

Installation is always difficult while there is little space to hide all the wires. Package is very complete including switch, wire-harnas is nicely wrapped in good plastic that can take some heat. Lamps look great with standard lights. A small error in the manual. I used the Highway Hawk bar for installation.

Now almost 3 years old and the lights leaked water into the the lens area in the rain. Opened up to dry out and find leak, screw holding bezel broke out of metal and allowed gasket to become loose(the screw that broke metal was factory installed and not touched during initial install), removed bulb and one tab to secure bulb broke, so now bulb will not go back in. The lights were not apart from installation until now. Same thing would happen if need to replace burnt out bulb.Bought the kit for the VTX 1800 for mounting on the fender bolts. Fit right up on the Aero. Looks good, really lights up the road at night and hard for cages not to notice in the daylight. Makes the headlight look dim, need to upgrade the bulb to look perfect.

These light really light up the road. Finding a place to mount and getting the right hardware to mount the light is the biggest challenge. Ran electrical to common ground bus and switched fuse bus to reduce the amount of wiring to the battery. Also purchased chrome handlebar mount switch.
