Some people dont believe, but I do think it is brighter than the OEM. Anything for visibility is my mantra. -- follow up -- I like the bulb, but the bulbhead at DMV said it was not legal in NJ. Had to switch it out for inspection then back again after. Just a heads up if your cheap like me and go to the state run inspection station.
