When requesting a price match, please be aware that prices will be compared on the following criteria: Prices will not be compared to auction sites, products sold by a third party classified ad, member-only sites, second-hand sites, special purchasing clubs, blemished, counterfeit, refurbished and/or defective items, special orders, products subject to a no return policy, liquidation sales, mail-in rebate offers, products with special financing offers, or where a service commitment is included in the transaction, in-store promotions/exclusives, and websites selling wholesale products to resellers.
Proof must be from the competitor's web page. Proof cannot be a verbal or written price quote, a price ticket from a store, or any undated material.

  • The guarantee does not apply to items sold at offline retail locations.
  • The guarantee does not apply to items sold at E-Bay or any other auction, classified ad, trading or "swap" sites, or those sold by individuals not qualifying as retailers. Online retailers that do not disclose contact information, including a mailing address and origin of shipments will not be price matched. Online retailers known to list or sell motorcycle apparel, parts, and accessoies from unauthorized, or illegal, sources will not be price matched.
  • CruiserCustomizing.com will not match competitors' coupons, or any items contained in, or containing, special giveaways, rebates, bundles, or any extra incentives.
