Also the main brake line is very tight after fitting and ideally should be replaced by a longer one. The small socket that these mount into on the Roadstar has an ugly black washer that is a little too small to fill the entire hole and looks tacky once this riser is placed on top of it. You can replace that washer with a chrome washer from any decent hardware store that sells them. The Chrome washer I was able to find cost $2.50, fit and looks like it was made for it. Had to move my clutch cable and splice extra wire for my off/on switch and starter switch and buy a longer 28 inch front brake line so that bars could swing from side to side without any binding in lines. over all looks good and feels great. Very easy to install, just had to turn wheel to extreme left and right positions to access the bolts. What i don't like: 1-the bolts provided do not fit through the cable bracket so you leave it off or drill it out. 2-the chroming is "soft" compared to stock and scratches very easy. 3-because they are tall and 3 piece rather than 2 there seems to a bit of twist at the risers. yes all bolts are tightened to speck. 4- although the riser legs appear to be round like stock, the sides are flat so expose the mounting washer, making it look not so good Review Details  Was this review helpful to you?  Yes No
