If you tighten them and add a little loctite during initial installaition you should have no problem with them coming loose. As far as visibility.....if you adjust them correctly you should have no problem seeing what you need to....however, there is a little less visibility than the stockers. Overall it's a very nice product for the price. I tried to order a set of Arlen Ness mirrors but didn't want to wait until May for them to be shipped.
