It would be a lot easier with better directions and maybe a picture to reference. You need to buy some type of glue to put your left grip on with. Glue that doesn't dry too fast. After removal of bar end weights, vibrations increased and plastic is not soft enough to remove them, but the grip is very good. i noticed, that on long trips my hands are much more comfortable - no pressure and no need to squize hard.
