This is a solid version of our Fold down mount. Just like the fold-down it is designed to fit round 1/2" (or 12mm) bars found on the top of tour packs. Hand polished stainless steel. Pole comes out of its base via a set screw to easily change flags or put away for storage. An excellent alternative to the plastic flags that mounts on the side of the pack. Also includes allen keys for easy installation. 100% Made in the USA.
