I put these on my Shadow Spirit 750 even though these are not listed for the Spirit, but for the ACE. I wanted a little taller shock than what I had, (stock is 12") so I went with the 12.5". So far I love them. My bike rides much smoother now, and the extra 0.5" seems to help also. The extra height did not seem to adversely affect handling. I do need a taller windshield now, since with the Mustang seat and the back of the bike riding a little higher, my head gets buffeted at higher speeds. Small price to pay for the better ride though. Replacing the shocks on the little 750 took less than 10 minutes. I wish I had not waited so long to do this. If I ever get another bike, this will be one of the first upgrades I do. By the way, Cruiser Customizing price was the best price I found on the web and I got the shocks in less than a week. Consider me an extremely satisfied customer.

It was like I was riding someone else's bike. I bought the Heavy Duity version and it was dead on. I'm no light weight and am well over the 245 LB recomended top weight for the standard shocks. With the factory suspension the ride was soft had too much give until it bottomed out. With these the bike rides level and even handles better. Also it soaks up the bumps and I have yet to bottom them out. Added the shocks about 2 months after replacing the springs and slightly heavier fork oil. If I'd known how much of a difference it would make I would have changed the suspension much sooner.

Love them! Lowered my bike 2 inches and actually improved the ride with the addition of the venom tires.

they look nice I wanted the chrome covers to go with them. They look great on the bike. Took less than five minutes to install. Nice ride, if anyone knows where I can get the chrome covers let me know please.
