Great Product

Just threw these on today to replace my worn out old air shocks and give the bike a one inch drop.  Installation took about fifteen minutes and didn't involve anything more than jack it up, pull 'em off, put 'em on.  Pipes and bags fit great afterwards and there were no clearance issues.  The 412's are smaller around than stock and I actually like that look as it keep the focus off of the mundane pieces.  Ride is better than it has been in a long time.  Should have done this long ago.

My air shock started leaking air on the right side. I found out theses are NOT repairable so I ordered a set of Heavy Duty 412 Progressives from Scootworks. I ordered 12.5 inch versus the Nomad norm of 13 and the ride and feel of the bike is noticably better. I have them set up two notches on the shock spring adjustments and for me at 225 that is great.

Great shocks at far better than OEM prices and they work BETTER! These shocks fit right up without any problem and perform noticeably better than the stock shocks at half the price! Only down side...the manual adjustment for changing preload of the shock for heavier or lighter loads requires removal of the saddlebags because the adjustment is on the bottom of the shock. Not a problem if you have quick connect bolts on the saddle bags, just an extra step.

An unbelievable difference! So far, this is the single most impressive change I've made to the bike. I got the 12.5 inchers, lowering 1/2 inch from stock. The bottoming experienced with the stock air shocks has been completely eliminated. Don't think, just buy!

easy to install took just 30 minutes for my wife and I to install. It handles like a new bike. I am a heavy hitter and when my wife rides with me I can hardly tell she is on the bike. what a change

These are awesome. I can touch the ground now. I got the 11.5 inch shocks, dropped it quite a bit. I love the handling. Install was easy, took about 20 min.

Pretty easy to install. I needed to add some spacers to properly space the top attachment point. Other than that, it lowered the bike a good inch and a half if not two full inches. Ride is much nicer and being a short guy, the bike is much lighter at stop lights!

fairly easy to install, saddle bags have to be removed and you will need a floor jack, i bought the 11.5'' shocks which lowered my nomad 1.5'' which dont sound like much but really makes a lot of difference, they made my nomad feel 100lbs lighter and gave me a lot more control in slow turn arounds and parking lots the best thing i have done for my bike so far.
