(5 stars) reviewed on 04/02/13 by(Heresy) from Fredericksburg, TX, US, for a 2002 1500 Vulcan Drifter wrote: Great SpringsI used these to lower my forks one inch to match the new 412's in the back. Directions were a little confusing since they kept referring to parts (damper rod, spacer springs) that aren't on the Drifter, but they are sort of one size fits all directions and I got that figured out pretty quick. Basic install is easy. Pull out spacer and spring, add new spring and spacer cut to correct length. Proper install is a little tougher since the fork oil should be changed which means pulling the tire, fender and forks to drain, change hardware and refill. The ride is great and the new stance is exactly what I wanted. Review Details 1 out of 1 members found this review helpful. Was this review helpful to you? Yes No |
