Overall these are nice improvemnt over stock. I would like to give the race tech springs a try since they are not much more money and they set them up for rider weight and style. You need a special tool to install these (the tool cost over $100 from Kawi, the aftermarket needs to make one, its quite a simple tool that shouldnt cost more than $35)

These fork springs reduce brake dive substantially while making the ride more controlled and solid feeling. Not the easiest to install as you need a special tool to remove a spacer plug in the left fork leg. I did mine with the forks on the bike and re-assembly went much easier when you learned how it came apart. Well worth the $$ if you can install yourself.
