These springs are the most advanced in the industry. Unlike typical "straight rate" springs (which provide only 1 stiffer spring rate), progressive rated springs give you the ride and comfort of stock springs. But as you compress the coils (during cornering, hitting larger bumps breaking, etc.) the springs automatically progressively increase their spring rate to give you the extra resistance needed to perfectly complement your driving conditions.

I purchased the springs and had the dealer install them and cut the spacers 1 inch because I lowered the rear 2 and1/4 inches. This is the best accessory that I have put on my bike. I took it on the winding back roads that I always ride on and noticed the vast improvement in the handling. Buy them and you will not be disappointed.

These really improve the front end response of the 1100. No more wallowing through corners. I actually put in a spacer 1.5" longer than suggested in order to give additional crispness.

What a difference... Just got my spring installed. The 1st thing You'll notice is no nose diving when you go to brake. It rides a little stiffer but I like it like that much better. Small road bumps seem to of dissapeared and larger ones are toned down so you wont feel much front end bounce anymore. I was only going to lower my front end with the baron lowering kit but after reading the instruction swapping the springs at the same time ust made sense since the front end needed to come partially apart.

Was skeptical on this product but not after installation and first ride makes a big change on large to medium bumps, stops and overall ride verses stock springs. Can't go wrong with this upgrade.

These were not too bad to install, you have to take off the stock handle bars to install them. I was putting risers on at the same time so it wasn't too difficult. The ride is much better, smoothing out lots of the small bumps and minimizing the rougher ones.
