This product has saved my ribs. Seems like every time we hit a large bump I would get a sharp poke in the rib section, originating from the back seat area. Now I do not get so many of those, it has really made a difference in smoothing out the ride. Handleing is much improved also. Bike is more "surefooted" in the twisties. Most of my rideing is done 2-up. The stock suspension was just not up to the job. Review Details Was this review helpful to you? Yes No |

Low speed ride is stiff and somewhat harsh, especially with higher tire pressures (41/43) one up. I am running 0 preload with this spring. Progressive upgrade was professioally installed. It is a little involved to install so think about having the Dealer do it. If you DIY then get the Progressive Spring Compressor tool to help, you'll need it. Note this spring works great without our Sidecar on the bike but it needs more Pre-Load to accomidate the extra load when it is attached. Review Details Was this review helpful to you? Yes No |
