Review Summary:
Now that it's on, it looks and feels great (according to my wife and daughter). Was kind of a pain to install under the saddlebags. The fact that there were no installation instructions and the bolt holes connecting the mounting brackets to the seat frame didn't line up was more than a little irritating. Cruiser Customizing sent the wrong mounting brackets, but when I called to complain, they were AWESOME about getting the correct part sent out. It's that kind of customer service that will make me continue to want to buy from you guys. Thank you!
