Review Summary:
Not Bad, Didn't come with directions. It installed on the outside of the fender ribs, and the screws were too small to work with my saddle bags, had to go to ACE Hardware store to buy screws too. And the screws that came with it weren't chrome. Hello Guys, what is up with that? But I am happy with it.
