THIS CAME TO ME IN BLACK, IT MADE OUT OF HARD PLASTIC AND THE TOP SEEMS A LITTLE SMOOTH. I PUT IT THOUGH A TEST BY PUTING THE KICKSTAND ON IT THEN I ROCKED AND PUSH AND PULLED THIE BIKE AND IT SEEMS TO BE OK, NOT BAD FOR THE PRICE, JUST HOPE I DONT FORGET IT LYING THERE WHEN I RIDE.
