Review Summary:
I didn't expect much for 30 bucks, but I was pleasantly surprised. Yes, it's a basic, black, plastic rain suit, but the construction is high quality. The wide leg openings and snap closures make it simple to pull the pants on over your boots, and the elastic strap that goes under your heel will keep the wind from blowing rain up your pants. There's also a reflective triangle on back of the jacket to help with conspicuity at night.
