Review Summary:
I bought this for some of the longer rides I take. Used it for the ride to Sturgis this year - worked great! We rode 758 miles the first day and 500+ miles the second. I couldn't have done it without the Airhawk. I rarely use it for rides under 400 miles, but I wouldn't take a longer ride without it. The only slight inconvenience is that I have to readjust my mirrors when I use it since it slightly elevates me in the seat. I also tie mine to my backrest to ensure that it doesn't blow off, since I sometimes raise up to readjust it. Less is more when it comes to putting air in it - you want the minimum amount of air necessary to just "float" you on the motorcycle seat. When you get it adjusted right it makes long rides enjoyable again. You'll probably have to make minor air-adjustments as you ride. I usually play with the air in it about every 200 miles or so. The heat from your body and the friction from moving about on it will make the air in it expand. A great product that I highly recommend!
