Review Summary:
System looks nice, seems to work well... until of course, one of your brand new $500 saddlebags falls off on a highway during a 200 mile run in the middle of night and you discover it gone while refueling. When I contacted manufacturer they were willing to replace the bracket piece but said without any PROOF that the saddlebag was lost they won't cover the replacement. Despite the fact I bought saddlebags through a distributor who contacted them and verified I was replacing one. So sorry kids, maybe this was an exception but this system isn't 100% secure. You can't remove key when putting on the bags "unless" it's secure, yet it fell off... things happen, but the manufacturer failed miserably at making good. I won't get into the $300 worth of contents in that saddlebag! Buyer BEWARE.
