Review Summary:
I bought the Explorer Seat with drivers backrest for the VTX1300 Retro. Man what a awasome seat. The fit isn't quite as nice as the Corbin, but the comfort is WAY better. I took a 800 mi. road trip over the weekend that would not have taken with the Corbin because it would have put to big a hurtin on me. With this seat I can ride fill up to fill up aprox. 150 mi. without any major complaints. I did 400 miles in one day and could have done more. This seat isolates the vibration from your butt, supports you firmly, is fairly soft and cushy, and feels great. One down side I did notice is that it does not breath like the real leather cover of the Corbin. so your butt tends to get a little hotter and sweat a little more. But i can live with that for all the other comfort it provides.
