No clattering, no noise, absolutely fantastic! Although very simple task, pulling the elbows is not as easy as it looks when you read few instructions on the net. I used refrigerant R22 gas (if you even mention this in Europe, they'll arrest you, here in UAE nobody cares) to freeze the elbows a bit and then yank them left-right with supplied drift extension, (fits perfectly in the elbow), up-down with a hammer – cautious advised – you are dealing with aluminium alloy cast cylinder! Then slowly out with Vise-Grips! Then I placed the plugs in the holes as far as possible by hand and only then knocked them in with a hammer over supplied drift – again cautious! I kept the plugs in small plastic cups with water and froze them overnight. It helps. When the rest of AIS was removed I plugged the vacuum hose with a golf tee and pushed it under the tank. No need to remove the tank for this operation, only the left side cover. Baron's omitted to supply a plug as listed in the kit.
