This jacket ROCKS! It's very warm, and comfortable. I just rode a couple hours in 35 degrees at 80 mph, and did not feel cold. All I wore under the jacket was a long sleeve T-Shirt, and a neck warmer. The pockets are not what I would call generously sized, but there are plenty of them. Besides, if it had large pockets and you loaded them up, the jacket would look too bulky. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a warm jacket with a removable liner. Update -- got caught in a pretty good shower wearing this jacket and the only thing that got wet was the area between my wrists and a couple inches up my arms. My front and back were totally dry. So they aren't kidding, this baby really is rain-proof. -- The liner is fairly easy to remove, once you get the hang of it. The snaps for the sleeves are pretty far up inside the sleeves. now that the weather is getting warmer, I will have to move back to my mesh armored jacket. But I'm pretty hot-blooded, and do not like to feel hot. Someone who enjoys hot weather might be happy with this jacket (minus the liner of course) and just open up the front and rear vents.
