What a phenomenal jacket. I have been a huge fan of the original Intake jacket for almost 2 years now. It's a 3-into-1 jacket because of the removable liners (a wind/rain liner and a polyester liner to keep you warm). Perfect for when temperatures change throughout the day. For example 50 degrees in the morning (both liners), 65 degrees at lunch (just the rain liner) and 75 degrees in the evening (no liner). The wind proof liner is so great I use it with other mesh jackets as well, for example the Firstgear or Joe Rocket Phoenix jackets. I don't remove the armor, I like the additional protection. The straps on the arms and waist are solid and important to keep the jacket snug in case of a spill. I have the white jacket that I left in Germany for when I visit and here in the US I have the black/grey version, both XLT. The jacket is popular among CC staff: Kyle wears a red one for years, Eric has a black/grey, Jerry an all black.
