Review Summary:
I purchased these mainly to act as bar weights. I am disappointed that they are not nearly as heavy as I had anticipated. Not solid steel or metal, perhaps solid 'pot metal',,, IMHO, very little added weight. They also, IMHO, make your grips look like something you would find at an "Adult Novelty" store,,, I would not purchase them again.
