Review Summary:
I like these. I have used them in heavy rain and light rain. They work great. I saw where someone had said his feet got a little damp, I think the problem is that you have to make sure that you get the Velcro closed completely. If you don't, you can get some seepage, as with any of these kind of rain gear.
