Ease of install: 4 Value: 3 Would buy again: yes Review Summary: I just received this and installed it. At first I was not getting anything to work. Puzzled I pulled out the volt meter and wires to troubleshoot. I come to find out the transmitter was not pairing up with the receiver for some reason. After trying the trouble shooting tips I talked with Biketronics and they walked me through a couple quick steps just to make sure I didn't miss anything. Without hesitation they sent me a replacement with a return box to send the bad one back. The customer server and support was excellent from this company and I can not rave more about them and their customer service. After getting the working ones installed and paired it works perfectly. I did have to go to Radio Shack to buy a power booster ($19) since my garage door did not push enough electricity to run the unit. Tips I found since the directions weren't written the best is just put the unit on the garage door opener itself and run the wires to the same wires that go to the garage door opener. My transmitter fits right insted the headlight casing so that worked perfect. No more getting off the bike to get the garage door open anymore! After trying it out, it opens about one house over was as far as I could get it to work. That should be just about right for anyone.
