Review Summary:
The wife says she likes it so were gonna keep it.. She says it doesn't feel lose, it does not raise her up too high (it's adjusted by air) so that's a given. It is recommended by the manufacturer that you use it less than half full. My stock seat demanded that I tie nots in the straps that hold it on in order to get it tight enough around the underside of the seat which works fine. I just removed the grab strap and all fits well. The straps are soft and won't scratch your paint under the seat. If it does then its your own fault for letting that much dirt remain under your seat as the straps are made of silky stuff and cannot scratch your paint unless you allow them to get too dirty from dust or whatever that tends to accumulate under seats. The material that sits on the seat is non-slip and it really does not slip. My wife says it is very plush and absorbs the bumps better than just the stock seat by it self. Our is not what is pictured as the one that was actully sent to us has fewer but larger air pockets. I was expecting to recieve what is pictured but the wife says it's OK by her. So we will keep it. It really is a well made product if a cushion is what will fix your ailment. I will still look for a seat that fits me yet offers something with more space for my wife than that thin & narrow thing she's been putting up with for over 20,000 miles. I'm just trying to find a way to make her feel better without changing my own sitting position as I like my stock seat. I tried the saddlemen explorer and did not like how it feels as all. I have not tried any mustang touring seat as of yet. I'll wait and see what the wife feels like after another good long 3 or 4 hundred mile day. If this don't fix the ailment then I'm gonna give up my stock seat for something... I just don't know what right now. I guess it's back to reading reviews.
