Review Summary:
In the beginning I started out looking for just a strait run-turn-brake system. But when I found this and it was only a little more money then the other units I was looking at I thought the extra features would be nice. I have already gotten into the habit of hitting the cancel button on my signals all the time but I think everyone can relate to leaving it on at least once. This unit is a great backup in case you forget. The install wasn't too bad but I did have to make a few inquiries to Kisan. They were very responsive and helpful with all my questions. The main issue was a humming noise coming from the wires, they said this was normal due to the voltage and Hz they were poling the lines at. You can't hear it with the bike running so it is no big deal. I also installed the springs into the signal light switch but I got some wired functionality from it (if you didn't hold the button for long enough when turning right the left signal would come on. This could probably be fixed but I decided to remove the springs. I do not like not having control over the canceling of my signals (specially when switching lanes and you do not need them to keep flashing for so long). Plus now if I forget the unit will kill it for me after 10 seconds. Overall this is a great product and a excellent addition to my bike.
