Review Summary:
Tip... plan on taking your time, and think ahead of yourself as you make this mod. Yep, there was some modifications required to the OEM fender frame. Also, in my case, be prepared to be clever with the parts, as I had to head out to my local Home Depot to pick up different bolts because the bolts supplied would not allow the light to be mounted flat to the bracket. I had to get flat head bolts, then had to use my chamfer bit on the drill to add a chamfer to the mounting holes to allow the bolt head to mount flush with the bracked material. The directions that come with this kit are not very detailed, and I had to sit and study everything before I proceeded with the install. Yep, it was an interesting job. Probably the toughest one I had to figure out almost for myself in order to complete the job. I opted to use the stock turn signal mounts for the Kury small silver bullets I used to replace the stock turn signals. But, with patience, I now have a very nice custom appearance on the tail end of the bike. Beautiful.
