Used an awesome tutorial by ColeenM at http://toleaway.com/install_heated_grips.html She couldn't make installation any easier for us. I haven't had a chance to try em out yet as I'm in the middle of a big mod project on my bike. Quality appears to be there and a lot of reviews state that they work as intended. Everyone can't be wrong.
