I usually pack lightly, so this item is good as a weekend travel companion, lol, The tie downs are not what I expected and I still can't figure out the instructions for under the seat mounting, actually maybe I have but didn't like the way it worked, not a clean tie down, and in my opinion the ring attachments are not located where they should be..however the bag itself is nice..just get ahold of me if you have any questions...Can't remember exactly what I paid,
