Review Summary:
I shrink wrapped the two three-wire pigtails and ran them under the fender. I used guillotine splices (available at any auto parts store) to bond the red, white, and black wires to the OEM ones. 15 minutes I went from one stock tail/running light to having the entire license plate lit. Minor dremel work on the license plate to accommodate the wires.
