Well conceived, gives a big bike look head on, provides a lot more light where you need it compared to the original single bulb. Make sure you use blue thread lock on everything. Get the turn signal adapters. I tossed the wiring diagram and switch idea. Instead located the powered wire under the gas tank that works in concert with the starting relay. In my case when you turn on the key, the lights do not come on until the motor (and alternator) are running just like with the stock headlight. With the engine running the light bar and headlight are on, the headlight keeps its normal high/low function. Key off.....all lights off. Simple... no worries about the battery draining. This is the diagram I used: http://users.tpg.com.au/roger38//VN900Wiring2.jpg
