For 1996 through 2008 FLT and FLH models and FLHX Street Glides and Screamin’ Eagle models as well as any other FLT or FLH that has been fitted with a Harley-Davidson® lowering kit (12 1/4” long center-to-center shock absorbers rather than the standard equipment 13” center-to-center shocks) Our centerstands are engineered to stand the motorcycle upright and lift the rear wheel approximately 1” off the ground. Their design and operating theory is like any OEM centerstand you may have used–applying your body weight and the basic principle of leverage on the foot pedal to place the bike up onto the stand in one simple motion. Getting off the centerstand is done by giving a push forward while seated on the motorcycle. By having your bike standing upright with the rear wheel off the ground, you’ll be able to easily detail your wheels, check air pressure, check and change oil and filter, remove wheels, and perform many other maintenance functions. Being upright greatly reduces the required storage space in your garage. Another added benefit is taking 90% of the bike’s weight off the tires during storage, extending their longevity and performance. Seeing your bike on a centerstand sets it apart from others in a crowd and tells people your motorcycle is a show stopper. Some of our centerstands can be set and used as Ride-Off Stands also. They feature adjustable threaded feet allowing the motorcycle to be on the stand but low enough for both wheels to be on the ground. As the name implies, the motorcycle can be put in gear and then ridden off the stand. Laser-cut then CNC bent and machined to exacting tolerances, each centerstand is hand-welded by our American craftsmen and triple chrome plated or powder coated. Bolting to the frame in minutes without modification to your bike, they’re virtually unseen in the retracted position and do not reduce ground clearance or interfere with cornering ability.

Got it in,read the directions and couldn't figure out how to mount it without taking the spring off. Took the spring off,it went on in 5 min and with a brake spring putter-back-on-tool, that went back on in 5 seconds. Remember to get some fast acting epoxy glue for the washer (supplied) to be afixed to the oil pan. this saves on the rubber bushing from being worn away quickly by the ribs on the oil pan underneath. The stand will keep it in place while it sets. You'll understand when you have the part and directions in hand and looking at the underneath of the bike. I highly recommend this part as an add-on. I drive an '08 Road Glide.
