First I removed the windshiel so I don't take the chance of getting it srcatched during installation. Laid a towel over gas tank also to avoid dings or srcatches. Removed the top bolts off and cap and carefully slid the handle bars off the OEM risers. with the windshield off, it made it easier to access the OEM riser bolts underneath. Bolting on the new risers were a breeze. Once on, the rest of the install was cake. no issues whatsoever. Went out for a cruise and what a difference in comfort.
