Now the installation....what a pain in the rear! When you position the mount ( basically a U-shaped piece of flat iron), don't worry about scratching the paint on the down tubes, you will. Make certain to mount it as high up as you can go before contacting the electical cable clamp on the right down tube, you will need as much vertical clearance from the brake pedal as possible. My package was missing a 9/16" allen wrench, so I used a "key set" of wrenches, don't do this! You're going to need the flexibilty of a single wrench. I did not buy extensions for the pegs, so the clearance from the side of the bike leaves a little to be desired as my knee rests on the side of the air intake cover, so if you've got a hypercharger, or other after-market air itake cover that extends out more than the stock cover, you may want to consider peg extensions. ...
