Just received it and glad I went with a size larger (xx-large) than what I thought I needed (I'm 6' 1" and 225 pounds). It easily fit over the clothes I was wearing and would suggest that you try it on and fit the the suspender straps that come with the pants so you won't have to do it later when you really need to get the suit on quick.
