JQ (jq77) from Huntsville, AL, United States, for a 1998 1500 Valkyrie Standard wrote: I've had these boots for 7 years and only use them when riding. I've ridden about 25,000 miles with these boots on and they remain very comfortable and look barely broken in. They have a bit more heel height to them than some other boots which is a plus to me because I'm short and it gives me the extra ability to flat-foot when riding my bike. I would definitely recommend these boots to anyone as they have been very good. When riding in rain, I put rain covers on the boots. They seem to do well in all kinds of weather. They're a little hot in 100 degree heat, but it's just too hot then anyway. Review Details Was this review helpful to you? Yes No |

bore444 (bore444) from Las Cruces, NM, for a 2006 Fastblack 1300 VTX1300C wrote: I have flat feet, high insteps, and weigh in at 240lbs which makes it hard to find comfortable boots. I have no problem with the way these fit and they are good looking to boot - pun intended. The steel shank makes a huge difference for me as it provides extra support. As others have mentioned, the tongue is narrow but not that big of a deal. Very comfortable - I recommend. Review Details Was this review helpful to you? Yes No |

Craig Williamson (craig074) from Ocala, FL, United States, for a 2006 1300 VTX1300C wrote: Just bought these and so far they are really comfortable for riding boots. Take some getting use to for me, because I usually wear skinny pumas or sketchers. I will need to adjust the shift peg about an inch to allow for smooth shifting. ThunderBox (thunderbox1) from Saint Paul, MN, United States, for a 2007 Metallic Silver Stratoliner S 1900 Stratoliner wrote: Great boots. Very durable uppers and soles. I have gotten them soaking wet riding in the rain and after letting them dry properly, they are ready for more. I've since been putting mink oil on them to prevent water damage and also use boot covers for rain riding. Don't buy these boots if you think you're going to unzip the sides and slide your foot in and out. You DO have to lace/unlace them every time you wear them.
