I got this with intention of stuffing it & my saddlebags full of everything me and the dog would need to go away on bike for 10 days to Canada...this was the biggest tbag i could find- I put it on bike a few different ways before it's final spot, tried the rear seat, the rear luggage rack first, but found the bag was so large & when fully loaded - after a few days it began to droop/sag over make indent into base of bag where it hung over edge of luggage rack, this wasn't good...i cut a piece of very thin shower/tile type wall board to fit the bottom and backside of bag to stiffen it up a bit, that helped somewhat but not all of issue of being over-sized for even the larges marketed luggage rack. So i set out to have a rack made to hold it that would support the entire base of this bag and prevent more of it from getting misshaped from drooping over rack...I checked out local welding shops, independent bike shops, metal shops etc for solution to this...either i didn't like what they ha...

love this bag! it holds way more then you might think it would, d rings are all sturdy and plenty of them for mounting secure to your bike. I put mine on the luggage rack with a cutout painted & d-ringed plywood "floor" between it and rack for extra support of bottom of bag cause luggage rack too narrow to fully support base of bag. I love all the compartments and ability to flip up top part and shove bedroll in there and use attached snap/straps to hold roll in place...i can pile a weekends worth of clothes, blow dryer and toiletries in here no problem, and the backpack straps make it easy to haul your junk into hotel or wherever...LOVE THIS PRODUCT! I recommend spray it with leather friendly waterproof spray sold at camping supply so you don't have to use the clear stretch over rain thing it comes with.

I ordered this bag just before a trip to Killington, VT. It arrived in two days and fit perfectly on my Triumph Thunderbird. Since rain was in the forecast, I wanted to bring the rain cover for the bike. The cover took just about all the space in one saddlebag, so the Saddlemen BR3400 had to handle clothes and accessories for two people for a 3 day trip. It was close but everything fit! Removing and re-installing the bag on the luggage rack, necessary because the cover is tight fitting, was a breeze. The mounting straps held everything on nice and tight. My wife and I are loving all the compartments that makes organizing and finding things easy. The large "chamber" holds all of our leathers easily! I highly recommend this bag.

Purchased just prior to a 3,000 mile, two week trip to Sturgis, S.D. Very easy on and off the bike. Rode well with no shifting. And, it held more then enough gear.

I bought two of these for our trip to Sturgis (and at that time we didn't have sissy bars) so I thought this would be a great product to use for our bike trips and double for a back rest. I am fairly short, so it didn't work as a back rest for me, but it worked great for my tall husband. The bag is of the top most quality and very sturdy. On our way home from sturgis this year, our bags got extremely dirty due to dirt roads, and to be quite honest, I thought we ruined them and broke into tears. My husband took a hose to mine and then used his air compressor to blow the extra water out, and for his, he tried just using compressed air for the dirt and then wiping it down with a damp cloth. Both ways turned out great! You won't be disappointed with the quality of this bag and the room it has to pack just about anything you need! If you buy this item, and for any reason you don't like it, travel with it! This bag is nicer, has more room and is of better quality than my expensive l...

This bag is a well designed and heavy-built that should hold up for a long time. I won't go into all the features of the bag, as those are all already listed. Instead, I will list the points I think are relevant: 1. The notebook section will NOT hold a 17" notebook as stated in the video demo. It will hold a small 14" notebook (HP 6910P). The interior size of the notebook pocket is 13" horizonal x 11" vertical x 1 1/2" wide. 2. The front organizer section does NOT have any card pockets. What it does have is two cell phone style pockets large enough to fit a Galaxy S3. There are 3 pen holders for small Cross-sized pens. They will fit a pencil-type tire gauge snuggly. There is a keychain clip. 3. The included small padlock is the type you would find on a 5 year old girl's diary, not worth using. The bag is lockable by locking the dual zipper pulls together with a small brass luggage lock. You can lock the main compartment, the front organizer compartment, and the top mai...

I purchased this bag about three months ago. I didn't want to fit permanent or hard bags as I heavily customize my bike, but also use it on trips. I have carried enough luggage to last at least a week, as well as photographic equipment. In the rain everything is well protected, (with the rain cover on). When I arrive at a motel it is really easy to remove and carry. In about 52 years of riding, this is the best that I have found.

Bag design is great... It has a ton of pockets. I bought this bag because I regularly need to transport a computer but the problem is that the small separate compartments made the "computer" pocket to small to actually hold a notebook. Also the part I didn't think about is the height of the bag makes it extremely difficult to mount up

Without Sissy Bar, this was the best I found. I would not use it everyday. Does not provide your bike a cool look, but is perfect on a trip.

Great bag. really allows plenty of space, and can be mounted on pillion seat or luggage rack. Plenty of separate units so easy access to items when needed. I carry cameras and lenses and feel confident that they are safe and well protected. Along with camera gear I can carry enough for a few overnighters. At the price a genuine bargain. The bag is also very easy to detatch, (4 clips).

Great fit over the sissy seat. Looks good and matches the saddle bags. Plenty of room in the bag without the weight altering the balance of the bike when out riding. All the compartments have easy access.

Got this just in time for a weekend trip. It is wonderful. I only had a leather backpack before. This is a hard case which doesn't collapse on your stuff. Easy to take on and off the bike. My friends couldn't believe all the compartments.
